How long does it take to receive my order?

We’ll always try to ship your order as soon as we receive it – usually the same day if the order is received before 12noon, or the next day.

Once your order has left us, delivery time will depend on the location.  Usually next day in Dubai, and 2 days to Abu Dhabi.

Please note that during public holidays, delivery may be delayed by an additional 2-3 business days.

How much will shipping cost? 

Shipping costs depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout and the size of your order.

Within UAE

• AED 20

Outside UAE (within GCC)

• AED 100

Shipping costs for international orders (outside GCC region) will vary from order to order. Get in touch with us to obtain an estimate before placing your order.

If there’s a fault or issue

Contact us at orders@essentialbrands.ae and we will either resolve the issue or send you a new product right away.

If you’ve changed your mind

You can return the unopened and unused product to us within 7 days of receipt and we’ll give you a full refund, minus the shipping costs. Contact us at orders@essentialbrands.ae for details.

If you don’t like the product

We’re sure you’ll love our range of products, but if for whatever reason you don’t, get in touch with us at orders@essentialbrands.ae, send us back the product, and we’ll arrange a full refund, minus shipping costs.
